You must register before June 9, 2009. The JazzFest will take place rain or shine.  No refunds will be made for reservations received after June 4, 2009. We try to provide the public with a variety of hand made vendor items based on quality, originality and pricing.  With this in mind the JazzFest reserves the right to select or reject vendor applications.

11 AM to 6 PM

Please fill-out the following information then hit submit - each space is on the street and is 10 feet by 10 feet (exactly) so if you need more room specify 2 spaces. You need to provide your own cover and tables.  Each space costs $80. Pay by Paypal or Visa by clicking on the Pay Now button.  We will publicize your participation and will provide a link to your website.  Once registered you will receive more information by email or phone.  FOOD VENDORS CONTACT JAZZFEST FOR MORE INFORMATION  -  this applcation is not for food vendors
